A gentle yoga class that encourages you to find balance, build strength, increase flexibility, and promote a sense of inner calm. Connect with your breath as you lengthen and strengthen your body.
Variations of poses will be offered for all fitness levels.

In addition to your mat, yogis are encouraged to bring blocks, straps and a blanket or a towel to make the practice comfortable and your very own.
